Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Deposits are due upon scheduling your session, unless we’ve made other arrangements. No session will be considered booked until a deposit is received. The balance of your fee is due within 24 hours of your session. All deposits are paid through our website invoicing system. Stylists & MUAs are paid separately. We allow one complementary reschedule (to be completed within 60 days of your original session date) provided you give us 72 hours notice. If you give us less than 72 hours notice, your session will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule a second time, a $100 fee will be required. We allow a maximum of two reschedules. If you’re not able to make your third date, your session will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
